Building on techniques learned in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention™, this training will equip your staff with problem-solving and decision-making skills to recognize the level of risk and to apply the most appropriate verbal and/or physical interventions in high-risk situations.

  • Learn skills to manage high-risk, complex behaviors.
  • Improve decision making.
  • Minimize physical interventions
  • Gain the confidence to recognize risk behavior & respond to defensive behaviors
  • Understand what’s behind behavior.
  • Address the needs of the individual.

 

This is actually a blended learning program, and there will be asynchronous aspect to be sent out as we get closer to the date.
